Your home will go live in MLS and all of the other listing sites within hours, and you will begin receiving showing requests and offers.
Want to Claim Your Property?
You may receive offers on your property through BidMax even if it's off-market. If you receive a notification that you have a new offer on your property, simply claim your property in order to accept or counteroffer.
Search your home address. If you have an offer waiting or simply want to claim your property to be easily notified of future offers, click the Claim Property button and enter your contact information.
Once your property is claimed, you can review, accept, or counteroffer any off-market offers that come in, or you can list for sale to encourage additional offers.
