Currently, any homebuyer over the age of 18 can use BidMax to assist their home buying process in the State of Florida. We are licensed in Florida, Massachusetts, New York, and Georgia.
Navigate to our portal, where you will be asked to enter the property address and enter a few relevant details. You will be given the oportunity to review your completed offer form before submitting it. Note that cash offers require Proof of Funds, and financed offers require a current Loan Pre-Approval.
